To sign up for the 4.9% Flat Fee return program, all you have to do is submit a label request form.  This is done by filling out the form below and clicking submit.  Once you have done this, pre-paid Fed Ex shipping labels will either be mailed or e-mailed to you, depending on your prefrence.  Simply place the labels on the outside of your boxes and send them out.  We'll handle the rest!!  If you have any questions, please give us a call at 877-335-2488.
