You will need the following information availible in order to complete the sign-up form:

Pharmacy Information (including DEA #)
Primary Wholesaler (acct. #, address, phone, fax, etc.)
Credit Card Information

Once we have received your submission, we will add your store to our online system.  Then, you will be contacted by someone in our office and notified of your username and password.  You will also be given an introduction to the software and a brief training session.  This usually takes no more than 10 minutes.  Once that has been completed, you can start processing your returns.  If at any point during your 7-Day FREE introductory period you decide the program is not for you, simply call and cancel and no charge will appear on your card.  Otherwise, at the end of your introductory period you will be rolled over into a full membership and your first service charge will be billed to your card.
