The Standard^TM even helps you with “non-returnables”. The program recognizes when products are non-returnable and directs you to place those items in a box marked for destruction. UDRC has negotiated a contract for all our customers so that they can send non-returnables to a destruction company for one flat fee.

Each packing slip requests that the manufacturer issue the credit directly to you, however, the final decision on who the credit is issued to rests with each manufacturer.
